Update on the Residential Construction Industry Training Organization (RCITO)
The Industry Training Authority (ITA) will not be renewing its fee-for-service agreement with the Residential Construction Industry Training Organization (RCITO) as of April 1, 2012. RCITO has been responsible for six ITA-designated trades, including the Heating Technician (HT) program for which you are registered. Management of these programs has now shifted to ITA.
What does this mean if I am an apprentice Heating Technician?

If you have any questions about your apprenticeship, please contact the Thermal Environment Comfort Association (TECA) at 604-596-0595 or by email at adm@teca.ca; or contact Richard Ho at ITA Customer Service at (778) - 327-5910 or by email at rho@itabc.ca.
