Hairstylist (Cosmetologist)

Description

"Cosmetologist" means a person who engages in the occupation of

  1. cutting, dressing, curling, waving, permanently waving, cleansing, bleaching or similar work on the hair of a person,
  2. manicuring the fingernails of a person,
  3. trimming the toenail cuticles and cleaning, trimming, shaping and polishing the toenails of a person for enhancement only, or
  4. massaging for relaxation only, cleansing or enhancing the attractiveness of the scalp, face, neck, arms, chest, or feet of a person.
