The Apprenticeship Advisors are an extension of the Customer Support team whose main function is to provide regional support to Apprentices and Sponsors therefore positively impacting continuation and completion rates for apprenticeship.

We have temporary, full-time or permanent, full-time positions available in the Customer Service department. Please indicate on your application whether you are interested in one or both of the opportunities. This position will respond to email, phone and walk-in inquiries from apprentices, trainees, sponsors, training providers and other stakeholders and will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate information in the apprenticeship registry.
