Manager, Customer Support

The Manager, Customer Support is responsible for leading ITA’s contact center by providing day to day leadership that motivates and inspires a customer-centric culture. The position works closely with other ITA departments, training institutions, industry groups, employers and other agencies to ensure that ITA fulfils its mandate to effectively service the Province of British Columbia.
Customer Service Representative
Temporary Full-time - 12 Months
We have temporary, full-time or permanent, full-time positions available in the Customer Service department. Please indicate on your application whether you are interested in one or both of the opportunities. This position will respond to email, phone and walk-in inquiries from apprentices, trainees, sponsors, training providers and other stakeholders and will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate information in the apprenticeship registry.
