Faciltiies Coordinator

This position will be responsible for supporting the office administrative functions for all ITA offices, including our field offices, with the monitoring our security services, supporting meeting room facilities, including A/V Equipment, managing courier services, facilities maintenance, office equipment maintenance including troubleshooting printers and ordering supplies, corporate travel and other tasks as assigned.

Manager, Training Investment
Permanent Full-time  - Close Date Friday, April 24th, 2015
The Manager, Training Investment oversees ITA’s investment in trades training and plays a key role in ensuring the supply of Apprentices meets the future needs of the economy and Industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing multi-year Training Plans with Training Providers and serve as the primary contact point for Deans of Trades across B.C.

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our Communications team for 12 months to support our organization with a broad range of communications functions, including public relations and the implementation of an internal communications program.

Project Leader

Our Strategy & Performance team is growing and we are looking for a Project Leader to join us for 12 months to support a number of projects we have on the go. The primary responsibility of this role will be coordinating the delivery of several different projects independently managed out of a cross-section of internal departments.

Customer Service Representative
Temporary Full-time - 12 Months
We have temporary, full-time or permanent, full-time positions available in the Customer Service department. Please indicate on your application whether you are interested in one or both of the opportunities. This position will respond to email, phone and walk-in inquiries from apprentices, trainees, sponsors, training providers and other stakeholders and will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate information in the apprenticeship registry.
