Mental Health Week in British Columbia begins May 6-12, 2024.

This year's Mental Health Week is centered around compassion and a call to be kind. Compassion isn't just about being kind to others, it's about extending that same kindness to ourselves. Taking care of your mental health is as important as caring for your physical health.

Supporting the well-being and mental health of apprentices is important for all industry partners and stakeholders. Below, we have listed a few resources that apprentices, tradespersons, and anyone living in British Columbia can find.
